Description
This quality matted and framed serigraph is by listed Oklahoma Creek Nation artist Jerome RIchard Tiger (1941-1967). It depicts a young Native American man in a dugout canoe and titled "Through the Everglades". It is signed in the print and dated 1967, the last year of his life, and hand numbered in pencil 1347/1500. Also inlcuded is a book on the artist "The Life and Art of Jerome Tiger", 1980, # 559 in a special limited edition of 650, and signed by his 2 daughters. "The Life and Art of Jerome Tiger, Death to Life by Peggy Tiger and Molly Babcok and signed by the authors, and Johnny Tiger. Alos included are family photos in a presentation sleeve. The print measures 26.5" tall X 17" across.
