Diego Rivera (Guanajuato, Mexico, December 8, 1886-Mexico City, ID, November 24, 1957)3 was a Mexican realist, cubist and muralist painter, famous for capturing works of high political and social content in public buildings. Diego's work for him and his wife's work for him, the painter Frida Kahlo, influenced each other. He was the creator of several murals in different parts of what is now called the Historic Center of Mexico City, as well as in the National School of Agriculture in Chapingo, and in other Mexican (Cuernavaca and Acapulco), North American and South American cities.
