first quarter 20th century, after the Roman marble (itself a copy of the 3rd century BCE Greek Hellenistic bronze) discovered in Rome in 1583 and conserved since 1688 in the Tribuna of the Uffizi, Florence.

Condition
**In "as is" estate condition with scattered nicks, small losses, surface scratches and areas of abrading. Repair to lower figure's proper left arm with accompanying slight losses and repair to upper figure's right arm. Some soiling/discoloration to surface.
