Overall art has overall toning to the entire panel, two corner trims to upper left and right tips and a corner tear at bottom right. Still a great scene with two scenes with Spider-Man in suit and as Peter Parker meeting with J. Jonah Jameson being a complete jerk which is always fun. Estimated Value $400 - 800
