Russian Military Rank Promotion, Signed by the Prince Regent Alexander I, Heir to the Throne of Kingdom of Serbia Dated April 20th 1919. Excellent military rank promotion in Russian for Artillery Captain I. F. Ahimovuh to the rank of Artillery Major. Promotion signed by Alexander, Heir to the Throne along with several other military officials including the Minister of War. 13½ x 10" twice folded but in overall excellent condition. Alexander's signature is executed in blue fountain pen ink and very bold and clean.
