Description

SILVER HANGING VOTIVE LAMP. Comprising an ornate two piece silver repousse and chased hanging votive lamp probably Italian circa 1900, the body with lobed sides chased with flower forms and set with three winged cherub head suspension brackets, and the base terminating with a pinecone and pendant cross, with red glass insert and pierced fitted cover with cross finial and silver smoke bell with rope twist suspension loop. Overall height 23 inches (58cm), each piece marked with silver standard .925. Total weighable weight without glass insert 14.51 troy ounces.
