Item Details

Description

This hand-crank electrical generating device was awarded numerous prizes and a patent in England in 1862. It was first used to treat nervous diseases, using shock treatment. It still appears to work, found in the original wooden case with the instructions and the two brass electrodes. Included in this lot is an Antique Massage Machine in its original case. The Case measures 10" long, 5" wide and 5" tall.
