Early 19th century, in the scarlet Japan pattern, comprising: a pair of quatrefoil dishes (12 in.), a pair of shell-form dishes (8 x 8 in.), a pair of covered sauce boats (h. 3-1/2 x 8 in.), a pair of small plates (dia. 7-1/2 in.), and a compote (5-1/2 x 12 x 9 in.)

One sauce boat with craquelure throughout the lid; the other with possible crack/ repair emanating from the ladle cut out; one shell plate with chip to underside, the other with 1-1/2 in. repair on right edge; the 2 small plates with a little crazing in the center; very minor gilt fading to some rim areas
