Pair of Japanese B&W Ceramic Wall Art Hangings, Constellations Gemini & Orion. Really wonderful pair of Japanese folk art wall hangings, reminiscent of cave drawings. Each uses primitive stick figures on stone-like ceramic to represent constellations, one Gemini and the other Orion, accompanied with shooting stars in white on a black background. On the back is illegible writing (likely including signature) and illustrations. They are simultaneously primitive and modern. They are wrapped with metal wires so as to hang the pieces on the wall.

Dimensions for the larger piece are 11.5 in h x 4 in w x .25 in d and the dimensions for the smaller piece are 10 in h x 3.5 in w x .25 in d. Condition is good/fair.
