Service is comprised of a teapot, coffee pot, kettle on stand with burner, creamer, covered sugar bowl and waste bowl. Each chased with various flowers and whiplash leaves. Impressed manufacturer's marks to base of each example 'Martele 950-1000 Fine Shreve, Crump & Low Co.' with Gorham impressed marks. Engraved monogram to base of each example 'BJB'.

The set is, for the most part, in excellent antique condition. The coffee pot has some bending to two of the feet, causing it to not sit completely flush to the table surface. Expected tight age cracks to three original handles, typical of age. Some tarnish in the crevices. Some faint hand-etched numbers to underside of each. 171.14 ozt. (gross weight).
