Chinese Exceptional Large Rare Jian Temmoku Bowl. Finely potted with a deep flaring body rising to an everted mouth rim, covered overall with a lustrous black glaze finely streaked with iridescent silver-blue 'hare's fur' markings and silver 'oil spots,' the glaze ends irregularly above the foot revealing the dark brown stoneware body, rim bound in a metal band. {Diameter 8.5 inches (21.5 cm)}.
