Produced from 1960 through 1965, the Topper was the only scooter Harley Davidson ever produced - less than 3000 were sold, so these are pretty rare. Meticulously restored Model 'A' Topper Scooter that was sold by Harley but made in Italy. Refinished in Harley colors with a 165 CC, 9HP motor that runs good. It has been heated garage kept since restoration. A ding on the headlamp housing, some paint chips and the foam in the seat has disintegrated and should be replaced.
