Description
Stella Shutiva (Native American, 1935-1997). An original Acoma Pueblo Native American art pottery floor jardiniere flower pot vase. Hand coiled and painted corrugated art pottery in a bulbous baluster form, with opposing handles. Produced circa 1990. Artist Sharpie signature to underside S. SHUTIVA ACOMA NEW MEXICO. Accompanied by late 20th Century gallery tag with artist's name and notation that work features on Page 76 of the book "Talking with the Clay," by Stephen Trimble (1987, School of American Research Press).
Dimensions: 16.5 X 14 X 13 in.
Condition: Good overall condition, having normal surface wear. Estate fresh to the market.
