PATTERN-MOLDED GLOBULAR-FORM BOTTLE, deep red amber, globular form, 24 ribs swirled tightly to the left, medium neck tapering slightly to a delicate turned-over mouth, rough pontil mark. Midwestern, possibly White Glass Works, Zanesville, Ohio; or Sligo Glass Works, Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. 1815-1840. 8 7/8" H.
