Couture Necklace Attributed to Chanel by Robert Goossens, c. 1954-74
This piece was once owned by Erna de Paz Ortiz Basualdo, the granddaughter of a prominent Argentinian family that hosted royalty in their Buenos Aires home, the Palacio Ortiz Basualdo. Erna de Paz Ortiz Basualdo was likewise known for her style, in fashion and at home, and was an ongoing client of Pierre Cardin's.

Double strand necklace made up of faux pearls, rhinestones, red and green glass beads in repeating pattern.

Condition
Condition: The overall condition is good with a missing hanging faux peal at the center-front of the necklace, wire thread thread hanging from where the faux pearl would have originally been attached. Everything is sold 'As Is'. The stated overall condition of the lot is based on the assumption that the wear is consistent with age and use.
