LEWIS JERRY LEE: (1935-2022) American rock 'n' roll singer. D.S., Jerry Lee Lewis, one page, 4to, Memphis, Tennessee, 6th October 1966. The partially printed document, completed in typescript, issued by the American Federation of Musicians of the United States and Canada, is a contract between Lewis and the Frolic Club in Owensboro, Kentucky, in which the musician agrees to perform two 45-minute shows on 6th December 1966 for a fee of $700. Signed by Lewis in bold black fountain pen ink at the foot of the document and countersigned by Charles Kamuf on behalf of the Frolic Club.
