Condition
**Both pieces in good condition with no significant issues noted; no breaks or repairs. The cream jug has a few short, shallow dents on one cartouche, and a small dent on the body under the spout, well-hidden by the decoration. Faint traces of the original decoration (pricked banding near the rim) can be detected on both pieces. Both pieces fully hallmarked, the basket on the underside, the jug under the spout. Marks on the basket crisp except for some wear on the duty mark; those on the jug work somewhat worn by the later added decoration but still legible. No discernible maker's mark on the jug as noted.
