11/4/22 2:20pm - As described, there is some veneer lifting and repair to veneer, I note a visible horizontal line to the veneer across the drop front, partial splits to the left and ride side of case, the front pulls are of varied design, some light surface and veneer wear to the case commensurate with age and use, I observe that all the drawers operate at this time, with the exterior drawers sticking a bit and would likely benefit from some wax to facilitate smoother movement, the drop front sits a bit heavy, but is currently operational and holding up on its’ own.
