Superb angular cubist style portrait, a fabulous edition to any interior looking for a bold and intriguing piece of art, depicting this lady in the snow covered Alps. The painting dates to the 1980's. The style of the work is very much influenced by the Polish born artist, Tamara Lempica (1898-1980), who portrayed this evocative, angular style and is possibly after one of her earlier paintings. Condition report: The painting is in a very pleasing condition, as is the frame however it does have some age related scuffs. Please see the images. The painting is behind glass which makes capturing the image on film quite hard due to the glare.
