Absolutely Stunning large Antique Imari-style Hand Painted Japanese Porcelain in Intricate Detailed Vibrant (cobalt blue, manganese red brown, copper sulfate, greens and gold) Colors with Elegantly Sculpted Flared Ruffle Top and featuring Incredibly Detailed Hand Painted Scenes of Birds and Flowers From Japanese courtly life. These Style Vases Usually date from The 'Meiji' period at the end of the 19th Century in Japan, when trade barriers with the West were lifted and Japanese art started to flood the Western market. This development formed a new fashion among Europe's elite for Japanese art and Japanese furniture and vases became especially popular.
