7 Vintage collodion prints, each mounted on cardboard c. 13 x 9,5 cm, in very good condition. Each with handwritten name of the inmate, some also with Hungarian descriptions of the tattooed body part on the reverse of the card. 1 Polreisz Nándor (Habsburg’s double-headed eagle coat of arms); 2 Ottmann Janos (his initials, an ox, knives and axes in a heart); 3 Zenalkó Gyala (coat of arms of Hungary, 1882, crossed swords); 4 Fischer Ernö (bust portrait of “Kerüld”, skull and crossbones); 5 Vagács Ernö (coat of arms of Hungary); 6 Hofacker Rezsö (his initials, bracelet and symbol); 7 Kapitány Joszef (bird on a branch, female bust portrait, symbol of a labour movement with crossed hammers).

Auf der Rückseite jeder Karte handschriftliche Namen der Häftlinge, teils auch mit ungarischen Beschreibungen des tätowierten Körperteils. 1 Polreisz Nándor (Habsburger Doppeladler-Wappen); 2 Ottmann Janos (seine Initialen, ein Ochse, Messer und Äxte in einem Herz); 3 Zenalkó Gyala (Wappen von Ungarn, 1882, gekreuzte Schwerter); 4 Fischer Ernö (Brustbild von "Kerüld", Totenkopf); 5 Vagács Ernö (Wappen von Ungarn); 6 Hofacker Rezsö (seine Initialen, Armband und Symbol); 7 Kapitány Joszef (Vogel auf einem Ast, weibliches Brustbild, Symbol einer Arbeiterbewegung mit gekreuzten Hämmern).
