Description
Die struck 0.900 gold coin, 1907 US 20 dollar, type 2, also known as the "No Motto" version because it did not include "In God We Trust", showing all designs elements clearly with sharp details. The obverse features Lady Liberty striding forward with torch and olive branch in hands, "LIBERTY" arcs above her head, date is to the right in Arabic numerals. The reverse features an American eagle soaring above the sun, "UNITED STATES OF AMERICA TWENTY DOLLARS" arc above the top. Lettered edge reads "E PLURIBUS UNUM" with 13 stars interspersed. Measuring 34.00 mm diameter, weighing approx. 33.34 g., minted in Philadelphia, PA with total mintage of 361,667 coins.
