Set of Three Louis XIV Style Carved Walnut Fauteuils a la Reine, early 20th c., the rectangular high canted back over scrolled arms and a cushioned seat, on turned tapered cylindrical and block legs, joined by a shaped stretcher, now in green and creme checked upholstery with iron tack decoration, H.- 47 in., W.- 24 in., D.- 30 in. All seats are sturdy. Seat height is 15 ¾ in.. The metal tacks are rusting and corroding, staining the fabric. The fabric on the seats is slightly dirty. There are scattered minor surface scratches to the wood. The wear is consistent with age and use.
