Apl'd For" in an arch below, the marbleized handle grasp matching the distinctive red/orange and black mottled plates. Other than multiple small nicks to the foot ends, this very rarely offered early reel is in VG+/Ex- condition, with two tiny dings and light surface scratches to the side plates and general wear to the raised pillar frame. An extremely desirable American classic fly reel in investment grade condition.
