Description

Circa 1920s Vintage Umbrella Is Attributed To Famed Designer Elsa Schiaparelli. It is made of pale silk, with a gold metal colored shaft and framework, and a leather wrapped handle. The handle itself is the most interesting element of this umbrella. It is carved to look like the head of an animal. A similar Elsa Schiaparelli umbrella currently resides in the Metropolitan Museum of Artâ€™s fashion exhibition on the designer. Overall good condition, some imperfections. Just over 31" long.
