A TIBETAN SILVER, CORAL AND TURQUOISE MOUNTED BOWL

The wood bowl covered with hammered sheet silver to the interior, the lower half of the exterior with bands of zodiac animals and Buddhist emblems interspersed with coral and turquoise insets, the base with a dragon amongst clouds within a foliate footrim.

Generally in good condition but the silver lining of the bowl is of typically very thin gauge and is heavily creased.

The base mount is in good condition but with some minor distortion. All the inlaid coral and turquoise jewels are present. They do however vary in size and quality and so some may be replacements.
