Queen Elizabeth II Autograph Note Signed, "ER", 1p, on her Royal stationery headed, "Memorandum / From / The Queen", 6.75" x 4.5", [London], undated. Light wear, else in near fine condition.
The Queen pens a personal message to "Mr. [Alan] Maxell" in black ballpoint. Her note reads, in full, "Enlargements please if possible of photos outside packets - cutting out edges and wasted spaces." Alan Maxwell was the Royal liaison for Wallace Heaton Ltd., the London photography shop that supplied the Royal family with their cameras.Â
