DESCRIPTION: Wiggins was a principle member of the Photo-Secession group founded in 1902 by Alfred Steiglitz. She contributed photographs to the influential journals Camera Work and Camera Notes. This image comes from Wiggins' study for The Edge of the Cliff (c. 1902), a study of a woman and little girl on a path above the Pacific Ocean at Newport, Oregon. There is an Albright Art Gallery label affixed to the backing board verso.
Condition
The photograph is in very good condition with minor age wear at the edges, see photos. The frame is in very good condition with wear to the edges. The print is framed behind acrylic. The print will be carefully packaged and shipped in a box. Combined shipping for multiple purchases.
