In 1961 Quota International Inc celebrated their 42nd birthday. The festivities are listed on one side, the Hawaiian feast menu on the other. The outer program art is from Eugene Francis Savage's (1883-1978) mural art. All approx. 10.5" x 11.5" Quota International Inc was founded in 1919. It was founded to help women, children, hard of hearing and deaf communities world wide. The foundation disolved in September of 2020 due to a drop in membership
