Overall good condition. Faint crazing to glaze consistent with media and technique. Shallow 1/8 x 1/16 inch chip to back lower left corner, not visible when displayed. Adjacent small loss along lower edge side, also not visible head-on when work is displayed. Three small pindot glaze losses along lower edge below door, not visually distracting or easily noticeable. Two small pindot losses to lower right corner edge, also not distracting or easily visible. Small nailhead shallow loss to top of chimney on outer edge, not visible when lot is displayed and viewed head-on. Under UV, no evidence of restoration or retouch. The present lot is ready to hang, with a metal framework on the reverse.
