Pair of Czechoslovakian Bohemian cased cobalt blue cut to clear glass decanters for the Iranian market, 19th/20th century, now mounted as lamps, each having a ringed neck, gilt accents with enamel floral decoration, and custom finial, cap and base, apparently unmarked. Provenance: From the Private Collection of Bruce M. Baum and E. E. Cole, Atlanta, Georgia. Having a family history as being presented by the Shah of Iran to the consignor's father in 1945. Approx. overall h. 23", dia. 7.75".
Condition
Electrical fittings and cords do not match, no apparent cracks or chips, both tested as working.
