East Asia, China, Ming Dynasty, ca. 1368 to 1644 CE. A fine pair of porcelain vessels - a large bowl with a blue on white foliate pattern, and the other is a petite teacup. The bowl rests on a ring base and the walls swell out and up to a slightly outturned rim. The cup is entirely white save for a blue character mark on the base -simple yet elegant! Size (bowl): 7.125" Diameter x 3.25" H (18.1 cm x 8.3 cm)

Condition
Cup has two small chips on rim, otherwise intact and very good. Bowl is intact and very good with fading to some blue motifs.
