NYMPHENBURG PORCELAIN TEA SERVICE
German, early 19th century. Eight (8) total pieces: a teapot, cream jug, covered sugar, teacup and saucer and a serving tray, each in a pink-and-green floral and foliate pattern with gilt accents. Each with impressed marks, painted "M.S." monogram.
Tray: 16 in. (40.64 cm.), teapot: 5 1/2 in. (13.97 cm.)

The lid for the teapot has several very small interior chips to the inner rim that is not seen when the lid is on the pot, as well as the interior rim of the teapot that the lid covers, it has two very minute chips hardly worth mentioning, but they are there and NOT in view when the lid is on. All else in the set seems to be in good condition, as we've looked at both finials, handles on pots and tray and all upper and lower rims. Note a small paint loss to the central flower on the tray, easily seen in the images online.
