Description
The International Talking Machine Company issued the Odeon Label first in Germany in 1903 and applied for a U.S. trademark the same year. They also produced their own records, and unlike other record manufacturers, Odeon recorded music on both sides of the record. This example is unmarked for the model number. A tabletop model with lift-lid in walnut veneer, which is lifting on several sides. A seldom-seen phonograph in working order, needing some cabinet work. With 26 records and lid key. Condition: (Good). Dimensions: 14 - 1/2" x 21 - 1/2" x 19 - 1/2".
