Description
Pair of Silk Matted Framed Classical Prints, one appears to be the Pantheon in Rome with Rotunda behind it, the other also depicting classical architecture featuring columned buildings near water's edge. Both marked under scene "Published Oct 1st 1774 by John Boydell Engraverin Cheapside" and "From the Original Drawing, in the Collection of the Duke of Devonshire." One is marked No. 179, the other No. 186.
Used condition, some fade/discolor, surface wear. Not examined outside of frames.
