Description

AUGUST KRAFT GERMAN UNDERLEVER SIDE BY SIDE DOUBLE BARREL SHOTGUN, 20 GA., C. 1880, L 28.75" BARREL Carved walnut stuck with running deer behind the cheek rest. Double external hammers and double triggers. Damascus barrel. Engraved lockplates with pheasants on the left side and a rabbit hunt scene on the right. Scrolling engraved lever, hammers, butt plate and trigger guard. Marked on the barrel rib 'Aug. Kraft in Wasserburg'.

Condition

Trigger guard has been repaired with half of it being replaced with black plastic. Rear shoulder strap ring has been replaced. Light scratching and pitting to the barrel. Action functions well.
