Description

This is the tenth edition, copyrighted in 1929, of the book “The Great Southwest Along the Santa Fe,” by the Fred Harvey Company of Kansas City, MO. It was engraved, printed, and bound by American Colortype of Chicago, IL. It was sold to passengers on the Santa Fe Railroad’s southwestern lines. There are 28 colored photos in this book. The photo pages are in excellent shape. The cover on the book is also very nice, with some small edge frays and tears. This version is distinguished from others by its blue cover, as well as a return of the caption to the cover picture “THE FIRST SANTA FE TRAIN.”
