Item Details

Description

One of the rarer and hard to find editions of Southern Pacific Railroad books, this is from 1915 (the second edition) of “The Overland Trail, From the Golden Gate to the Great Salt Lake.” It was sold to passengers riding the SP’s Overland Route. There are 21 colored photographs in this book, in fine condition, but the centerfold picture is missing. Overall, the pages are in fine condition, and the cover is quite nice, with almost no frays along the edges. The original green string that ties the cover to the book is present and in fine condition.
