Description

This is a first edition of “The Shasta Route, Along the Southern Pacific-The Road of a Thousand Wonders,” as copyrighted in the 1910s by Curt Teich and Company of Chicago, IL, and sold only on the Shasta Route trains of the Southern Pacific Railroad. This book has 22 black and white photographs of scenes along the route, along with an SP route map. The photos are in excellent condition, with a few frays on the edges of the pages. The cover is intact, with small frays and tears on the edges, and the original gold string that ties the cover to the book is intact.
