Vintage Sterling Silver Blue Topaz & Sapphire Ring, size 7.5. Stones are lab created or faux stones. There are 5 4.5mm blue topaz stones set higher than the smaller deep blue sapphire stones. The ring weighs 3.96 grams. It is not signed but it does have a very sturdy and quality design. It has typical vintage patina that can be cleaned to make it look new. I will clean upon request. Would make a great gift. It is 6.5mm across the finger and 17.5 mm from side-to-side - it covers the top of the finger. Very good condition - would look nearly new or new if cleaned.. It came from a PA estate.
