This RARE “The Persistence of Memory” inspired Tapestry numbered 185/ 500 is a stunning work of art. This tapestry was inspired by a Salvador Dali painting, and was one of his favorite pieces. Dali, as shown in the photo included, had an identical tapestry hung above his bed. This piece is in excellent condition, with some spots on the backing material as shown in photos, which do not at all detract from the piece when hung. The spots, are only on the backing piece, not the actual tapestry. The tapestry measures 64½”L, 55½“ W.
