Very good and presentable condition; sturdy and well-made; professionally restored and refinished; light wear and minor joint separation commensurate with age and wood movement; a few small impressions in platform edges; upholstery is newer, clean, and well-executed; proper right arm of one chair with professionally repaired split (stable and unobtrusive); small patches to platforms, apparently in the making; one back stile with split and professional repair (unobtrusive and in the direction of the grain).
