Both in good original condition; bases are generally clean, free of breaks and repairs; original painted surfaces; light to moderate scuffs, scratches, and surface soiling commensurate with age and use; overall with some scattered small paint losses, generally concentrated to edges; the iron showing some oxidation and light rusting in exposed areas; modular seating units with painted wood frames; upholstery apparently original, generally presents well with no tears or large stains; some faint gentle soiling and pilling; seat cushions soft and resilient; back cushions and center bench cushion slightly hardened.
