William Webster was a judge on the US Eighth Circuit Court of Appeals, before serving as both director of the Federal Bureau of Investigation (1978 - 1987) and the Central Intelligence Agency (1987 - 1991). He is the only individual to have held both positions.

Very good+ with very good- dust jacket; dust jacket lightly bumped with a small closed tear to lower front edge.
