Five books about the CIA, signed or inscribed to Bill Webster or his wife, Lynda. William Webster was a judge on the US Eighth Circuit Court of Appeals, before serving as both director of the Federal Bureau of Investigation (1978 - 1987) and the Central Intelligence Agency (1987 - 1991). He is the only individual to have held both positions.
