ATWOOD AND ADAMS MFG. "CHAMPION H23" 1946 MODEL AIRPLANE ENGINES, LOT OF FOUR, comprising three examples with black crackle paint and remaining unpainted, cylinder case bypass embossed "CHAMPION" and reverse with "H23", crankcase with an embossed "S" on painted examples, seven-finned cylinder and 13-fin head with six bolts, rectangular-form exhaust, vertical stove-top venturi including two examples with embossed "H23", each fitted with an offset Champion spark plug. Three crankshafts turn freely, one painted example's crankshaft is frozen, and each is untested for functionality. 1946. 4 1/2" x 5" overall.
