Description
Pennsylvania Continental 1s Note, April 3, 1772, sn 32043, signed by John Morton (1724-1777), Signer of the Declaration of Independence from Ridley, PA. Also signed by John Sellers and Ira Humphrey. Housed in a museum quality double-glazed gold frame with olive green velvet mat under glass having windows for note and engraved brass tags "Pennsylvania 1772 Colonial Note" and "John Morton, Signer of the Declaration of Independence" 12 1/2" x 9". The bill is worn, autographs are legible.
