The first is devoted to the art of carving meat, the second to the detailed description of different menus for a variable number of servings and different seasons. In the third and final part, the author discusses table manners. - Lower half of title page missing, restored. Some foxing and occasional spotting. The plates slightly trimmed.

Der erste ist der Kunst des Tranchierens von Fleisch gewidmet, der zweite der ausführlichen Beschreibung unterschiedlicher Menüs für eine variable Zahl an Gedecken und unterschiedliche Jahreszeiten. Im dritten und letzten Teil behandelt der Autor Tischmanieren. - Untere Hälfte des Titelblatts fehlend, restauriert. Etwas stockfleckig und vereinzelt fleckig. Die Tafeln knapp beschnitten.
