The prayer surrounded by intricate floral decoration, dated 1706, together with: a George II tent-stitch picture, depicting a family before a house, worked by Sarah Read and dated 1733, in a tortoiseshell frame; a pair of William III crewelwork panels; and a late 17th / early 18th century spot motif sampler, the tent-stitch panel: 45.5cm wide, 59cm high (17 1/2in wide, 23in high) (5)

All displaying general surface wear and fading commensurate with the age and use.
The Queen Anne sample with five holes, possible burns, to the right-hand floral border. General discolouration and minor damages throughout.
Some minor staining and damage, mostly confined to corners, of George II tent-stitch sampler.
Some wear, staining, rips, losses and repairs to the pair of William III panels.
Scuffs and scratches to the frames, with some splits and losses to tortoiseshell example.
