The guitar is signed by Ace Frehley, Paul Stanley, Gene Simmons, and Peter Criss, and has the Kiss logo and the photos of the members on the front. The back of the guitar also features the Kiss logo and the logo for the Fort Wayne, Indiana rock radio station 98.9 The Bear.
